Print to PDF or Paper

Ready to print? Do it on-site in your truck or take the report back to your office. No need for hard copy if an email will do, simply save the report as a PDF and send it to your customer. NoticeWare Reporter allows you to pre-veiw your Report before you print so you can be sure you like the selected style and didn't miss anything (not that your would).

Easy Report Templates

Creating your own template is a breeze with NoticeWare Reporter. Start from scratch or use one of our ever growing library of templates to get you going. Copying sections and subsections makes creation quick and painless. Save partially filled reports as templates so that you have a head start. You can even save a Report as a new template to incorporate changes you've made on the fly.

Template Sharing

Have you created a template that you’d like to share? Package it up and send it over. Any Inspector with NoticeWare Reporter can use it. We are always adding new templates to our library, so stop by our website regularly.

Print Checklists from Templates

Don’t like carrying your computer around on an inspection? Worried about your computers battery. New to computers? With NoticeWare Reporter, you can always have a pre-printed paper checklist or note list in your back pocket. Use the comprehensive paper checklist on-site and then head back to the office to enter it on your computer, add your pictures and send it off.

Our paper checklist / note list are generated by you, from our templates. They are just another print style you can select. This way you can always be sure you have paper backup to complete your Inspection.

Photo Import

Any inspection item can have a photo attached. Photos are simple to import directly into the report or use our Picture Gallery tool to organize them.

Photo Flagging

Syconize you're camera's time with your computer and while you are inspecting you can flag in the report, the picture you just took. Later, once you've imported the pictures into the gallery, you can use the find next flag button and find flagged picture button to retrieve the picture taken.

Photo Editing

Add arrows, circles or text to your photos to better point out the defect. Add picture in picture for thermal imaging. Adjust the contrast or brightness of a photo, all within NoticeWare Reporter.

Sketching

Add a sketch instead of a photo to describe the defect. Our sketching tool allows you to quickly describe a location or unique condition.

Quick Comments

Pre-built comments for all the standard-type check items are already pre-installed to save you time and effort when creating your report. They also serve as a reminder for what you need to be looking at. It’s simple to add your own or make changes based on your reporting style.

Magic Comments

Our powerful macro language allows you to build full sentences that you use regularly. Want to have a full narrative where you just fill in the blanks? It’s easy to do.

Custom Comments

Add you own comments to the comment library. This library is independent of the templates allowing you to use your comments for any style of report. NoticeWare Reporter will remember the custom comments your add to a report item and prioritize there order in the Comment History tab.

Flags

When you are inspecting, sometimes you are in one area of the property and realize you need to go back to something else. Our flagging system allows you to quickly flag an item for further inspection. You can also flag an item that needs a photo attached. When you are done your report, you can walk through the flagged items step by step to be sure you haven’t missed a thing.

Hint Library

Our helpful Hint Library contains useful information that you might need when doing your report. It is easy to add your own Hints for the information that you might have trouble remembering. Templates can save flags to ensure you stay compliant with your organizations Standards of Practise.

Numbered Comments

Adding multiple comments to your items is easy. Each item can have its own associated photo, allowing for a very powerful report.
